Hadith Qudsi

"O My servants, I have forbidden oppression for Myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another. O My servants, all of you are astray except for those I have guided, so seek guidance of Me and I shall guide you..."

"I am as My servant expects of Me, and I am with him when he remembers Me. If he mentions Me within himself, I mention him within Myself; if he mentions Me in an assembly, I mention him in an assembly better than it..."

"If My servant draws near to Me by a handspan, I draw near to him by a cubit. And if he draws near to Me by a cubit, I draw near to him by a fathom. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed."

"O son of Adam, as long as you call upon Me and put your hope in Me, I have forgiven you for what you have done and I do not mind. O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the sky and then you asked forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you..."

"I have divided the prayer between Myself and My servant into two halves, and My servant shall have what he has asked for. When the servant says Alhamdulillah (1:2) Allah says: My servant has praised Me. When he says Maliki yawmid-din (1:4), Allah says: My servant has glorified Me..."

"Whoever shows enmity to a friend of Mine, I have declared war on him. My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more loved by Me than what I have made obligatory for him; my servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary deeds until I love him..."

"O My servants, all of you are hungry except those I feed, so ask of Me food and I will feed you. O My servants, all of you are naked except those I clothe, so ask of Me clothing and I will clothe you. O My servants, you sin by night and by day, and I forgive all sins, so ask My forgiveness and I will forgive you..."

"If My servant mentions Me in an assembly, I mention him in an assembly better than it (the assembly of the angels)."

"I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human mind has ever imagined. Recite if you wish: And no soul knows what delight of the eyes is hidden for them (Quran 32:17)."

"Every deed of the son of Adam is for himself, except for fasting – it is for Me and I shall reward it. The son of Adam's fasting is a shield; so on the day of fasting, let him not use obscene language or raise his voice..."

"Whoever comes to Me walking, I go to him running. And whoever comes to Me with sins as great as the earth, as long as he does not associate partners with Me, I will meet him with forgiveness as great as the earth."

"Indeed Allah has angels who roam the roads looking for those engaged in the dhikr of Allah. When they find a group doing dhikr, they call to each other: Come to what you are looking for! – and they gather around them until they reach the lowest heaven..."

"Allah says: I am with My servant as long as he remembers Me. His lips move with My remembrance."

"O son of Adam, spend in charity and I will spend on you."

"My earth and My heavens cannot contain Me, but the heart of My believing servant contains Me."
